Production Workflow
Client Registration
Start by entering the client's name and phone number in the Client Reference Bar. This data is critical as it is watermarked onto every generated drawing.
Select Fit Profile
Choose a base size to auto-populate standard measurements. Select Custom Fit to reset all fields for a fully bespoke entry based on physical measurements.
Execute Generation
Click Execute Drawings. The system sends your data to the AI Engine, which cross-references your inputs against our high-fidelity prototypes.
Quality Inspection
Use the Full View tool to verify that the Code:Value annotations on the technical drawings match your spec sheet exactly before printing.
Industrial Tolerance (Tol)
The Science of Deviation
In high-end shirtmaking, Tolerance represents the acceptable (+) or (-) deviation from the Target measurement. Due to the pliable nature of luxury textiles and manual craftsmanship, absolute zero-variance is impossible. This column sets the standard for our Quality Control.
| Category | Range | Industrial Reasoning |
|---|---|---|
| Critical Fit (Collars, Cuffs) | 0.3cm — 0.5cm | Requires extreme precision for comfort and button alignment. |
| Structural (Shoulder, Armhole) | 0.5cm — 0.8cm | Ensures the sleeve pitch and balance remains consistent. |
| Volume (Chest, Waist, Hem) | 1.0cm | Allows for the natural drape and movement of the cloth. |
Industrial Code Dictionary
Our system uses standard industrial codes to prevent translation errors. These codes appear on the Style Visual and Industrial Patron.
1. Primary Fit Points
2. Collar & Neckline
3. Sleeve & Cuff Details

Advanced Printing Logic
Multi-Page Tech Pack
When you click Print Full Tech Pack, the system generates a professional 3-page production bundle:
- Page 1 (Portrait): The Industrial Spec Sheet containing targets, tolerances, and client data.
- Page 2 (Rotated): The Style Visualization, oriented for maximum scale and callout clarity.
- Page 3 (Rotated): The Industrial Patron, showing the exploded 2D pattern with 1cm seam allowances.
Printer Calibration
Always set print destination to 'Save as PDF' or a physical printer at 100% Scale. Avoid 'Fit to Page'.
